The processing and payment of your employees’ salaries will be directly our duty in terms of pay administration. However, in order for us to carry out the payment to the employees, your company shall be in charge of the internal maintenance of attendance records for days’ work and allowances (if any) owing to your employees.
Your employer will set the deadline for obtaining the attendance records needed to execute payroll. To process the salaries and send payments to your employees through the bank, we need at least 5 days.
Services we provide include:
*Getting a list of new recruits as well as exits from the company.
*Inputting the data from the attendance records onto the payroll software.
*Entering all allowances due to the employees.
